RDT user is suspended.

Why has an RDT user become suspended?

To make the RF user active, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to DeltaWMS.

  2. Click User Maintenance, RDT User Maintenance

  3. Load RF user details

  4. Click Status

  5. Populate Status with ACTIVE.

  6. Use the Reason drop-down and select the appropriate reason. If the Reason Code you require is not in the drop-down, create it.

  7. Click Apply, OK.
