How can I make the RF user account active?
To make the RF user active, please follow the steps below:
Log in to DeltaWMS.
Click User Maintenance, RDT User Maintenance
Load RF user details
Click Status
Populate Status with ACTIVE.
Use the Reason drop-down and select the appropriate reason. If the Reason Code you require is not in the drop-down, create it.
Click Apply
Then click OK.
