If you already have RF users set up and you need to set a new RF user up, then follow the steps below:
At the top, on the User Maintenance tab, click RDT Maintenance.
Enter a new code in the User code section, and press the Tab key. A dialogue appears about the 'User does not exist'. Would you like to create it?
Click Yes.
Type the Username for this user.
Type the password twice.
Use the Site drop-down and select a Site. This can be locked with the Site Fixed check box.
To set which Security Options you need, select the appropriate checkboxes.
On the Truck Types tab, select the particular Sites Truck.
To save, click OK.
Once you have followed these steps, you should have a new RF user set up and ready to go.
