Setting up the printer for RF users

I need help with setting up the printer for RF users. How do I set up the printer for RF users?

To set the default printers for an RF user:

  1. Open Delta.

  2. At the top, on the User Maintenance tab, click RDT User Maintenance.
    ​Note: If this option is not available, please see a Delta administrator user on site.

  3. To open the RF user record you wish to amend, enter the User Code.

  4. Click the Printer tab.

  5. Use the Label Printer drop-down and select the Label printer to want to set for this user.

  6. Use the Report Printer drop-down and select the A4 printer to want to set for this user.

  7. To save, click OK.

  8. If you have more than one user, repeat steps 2 to 7.
    ​Note: these printers will need to be installed on the RF server under the Windows User that run Delta for this to work.
