Overview
If you need help setting up the printer for RF Users, this article can guide you through the process.
To set the default printers for an RF user, follow the steps below:
Open Delta.
At the top, on the User Maintenance tab, click RDT User Maintenance.
To open the RF user record you wish to amend, enter the User Code.
Click the Printer tab.
Use the Label Printer drop-down and select the Label printer to want to set for this user.
Use the Report Printer drop-down and select the A4 printer to want to set for this user.
To save, click OK.
If you have more than one user, repeat steps 2 to 7.
📌Note: If the User Maintenance or the RDT User Maintenance option is not available, please see a Delta administrator user on site.
📌Note: The printers will need to be installed on the RF server under the Windows User that runs DeltaWMS for this to work.
