Overview
Short picking allows RF users to pick fewer items than requested on an order. You can disable this functionality for individual RF users through the User Maintenance settings. You'll need access to the User Maintenance tab to make these changes.
Turn off short picking
To turn off short picking for an RF user, follow these steps:
Open DeltaWMS, then click the User Maintenance tab.
Click RDT User Maintenance, then enter the user code for the RF user.
Clear the Allow Short Picks checkbox.
The RF user will no longer be able to short-pick orders.
