Overview
You can disable RF scanner usage for specific accounts in DeltaWMS by adjusting the task parameters. This prevents the system from creating RF tasks for the selected account. You'll need appropriate permissions to access the RDT Control tab.
Turn off RF scanners for an account
To turn off RF scanners for an account, follow these steps:
Click the RDT Control tab at the top of Delta.
Click Maintain Task Parameters.
Click the + plus icon to open the site.
Scroll down and select the customer.
Click the + plus icon again to display each area that uses RF scanners.
Select the area where you want to turn off the RF scanner.
Clear the RDT [area of system] on? checkbox at the top of the screen.
Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each area of the system you want to turn off.
Click OK to save your changes.
The system will no longer create RF tasks for this account.
Example: To turn off RF scanning for receiving on an account, select the Receive area, then clear the RDT Receive on? checkbox.
⚠️Important: If there are any outstanding tasks for this account, these will need to be deleted from the Task Pool.
