Overview

If you are seeing an error message stating:

Thin Print: Clint has rejected the print job (printer name), error code: 80efea6e. This article provides you with what this means and steps to resolve this.

What does this error mean, and how can I resolve this?

This error means that Delta cannot find that printer.

For Thin Print to pick up a new printer, you need to log off Delta, log out of the Access portal website, and then wait for Thin Print to close down. Then, when you log back in, this will pick up the new printers.

Set the printer as the default in Delta. To do this:

  1. Select File in the top left name corner.

  2. Click on Preferences.

  3. Go to the Printing tab.

  • For an A4 printer:
In the Report frame, select the new printer from the drop-down box next to the text ‘Default’.

  • For a label printer:
In the Label frame, select the new printer from the drop-down box next to the text ‘Default’.

    Press OK to save

Once you have done this, the error should no longer appear, and the printer should now be picked up by DeltaWMS.
