If you cannot see a list of printers in Delta. This article will explain what to do to fix this.

Please try to log out of Delta and the portal completely, wait until the Thinprint (Orange icon) disappears from your system trays and then log back in.

When the Thinprint icon reappears, right-click and click refresh/reload and this should provide you with the list of printers within Delta.

You may need to try this a few times, but if you still cannot see any printers listed in DeltaWMS, please raise with Delta Support, quoting the title of this article.
