Error message: The Username or Password that you have entered is not valid. (Access Hosted Client)

I'm unable to log into Delta via the Hosted Gateway. everytime I try to log in, I get an error message.

The username or password that you entered is not valid. Try typing it again.

I have tried typing my Cloud Account details, and they are correct.

If you are getting the error message, The username or password that you entered is not valid. Try typing it again, and if you have tried typing in your Cloud details, if you are using Microsoft Edge and also have a custom URL for your Hosted Remote Desktop Gateway, then, depending on your local PC configuration, it may not authenticate your password.


What to do next:

We would advise you to copy the full path of the URL from Microsoft Edge and into another browser, such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.

If, after trying this, you still cannot log in, you may need to change your password, so please navigate to changemypassword.accessacloud.com to request a password reset for your CLOUD\ account


I'm getting an error when I try to reset my password.

If you get an error message when trying to reset your password,' Invalid User Name or You are required to enrol to use this service. Please click 'Cancel' to exit. Log in and Enrol.

Please try to enrol by logging in on the left-hand side.

If that fails and you get the following error, 'Unable to log you on because your account has been locked out, please contact your administrator', this will need to be raised with our Hosting Team.
