Overview

If you are receiving this error after logging into Evo, please try closing all tabs on Evo, logging out completely and clearing the cache. Depending on what web browser you will find this in the steps below (steps are from Google chrome, so may be different layout):

  1. Go into the 3-dot menu in the top right and click Settings

  2. Down the menu list on the Left Hand Side, click Privacy & Security

  3. Click Clear browsing data.

f you still get the same error when logging in to Evo after clearing the Cache, Support will need to raise with the Hosting Team for further investigation. Therefore, please raise a new case with us, quoting the title of this article. Please also include a screenshot of the Error message you are getting, how many users it is affecting and at which point you are getting the error message.
