Overview

If you are receiving an error similar to below after logging into Evo, this could be due to an outage or another reason. Either way, this article will provide you with all the steps you can take and the information you need to provide Support.


What can I do to resolve this?

In the first instance, try closing all tabs on Evo, logging out completely and clearing the cache. Depending on what web browser you will find this in the steps below (steps are from Google chrome, so may be different layout):

  1. Go into the 3-dot menu in the top right and click Settings

  2. Down the menu list on the Left Hand Side, click Privacy & Security

  3. Click Clear browsing data.


I'm still getting the same message after trying the previous steps

If you still get the same error when logging in to Evo after clearing the Cache, Support will need to raise with the Hosting Team for further investigation. Therefore, please raise this with us either via the app or through the portal, referencing the title of this article.

⚠️Important: When raising with the support team. To save as much time as possible, please provide us with the following information, so that this can be passed onto the hosting team:

  • Screenshot of the Error message.

  • Affecting multiple users.

  • Confirmation that you have tried clearing cookies and Cache
