Overview
When launching DeltaWMS from Evo, you may see the error message 'The version of Citrix Evo is not the most recent version. Citrix recommends installing the latest version'. This prevents you from accessing the application. Follow these steps to update Citrix Workspace and resolve the issue.
Update Citrix Workspace
To resolve this error, you need to install the latest version of Citrix Workspace.
Close DeltaWMS and Evo completely.
Go to the Citrix Workspace downloads page.
Download the latest version for your operating system.
Open the downloaded file and follow the installation prompts.
Restart your computer once installation is complete.
Launch Evo and open DeltaWMS.
πNote: The installation process typically takes 5β10 minutes. You may need administrator permissions to install software on your device.
What to do if the error persists
If you continue to see this error after updating Citrix Workspace:
Check that you downloaded the correct version for your operating system (Windows or Mac).
Verify that the installation completed successfully by opening Citrix Workspace from your applications menu.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try launching DeltaWMS again.
