If you see the error message 'The requested application is not available in your Citrix profile. Please contact your administrator' when trying to access DeltaWMS, Delta Support will need to investigate this for you.

To resolve this issue, raise a new support case with Delta Support and include:
The error message: 'The requested application is not available in your Citrix profile'
The email address of the affected user
Delta Support will investigate and resolve the issue for you
