Understanding the issue

This error occurs specifically in DeltaWMS Version 8.53 when you attempt to negatively adjust stock through the Warehouse Map. The issue has been resolved in newer versions of DeltaWMS. If you're using Version 8.53, you'll need to use the workaround below until you can upgrade.

Negatively adjust stock using Stock Maintenance

To work around this error and successfully negatively adjust your stock, use the Negative Stock Adjustment function instead of the Warehouse Map.

  1. Click Stock Maintenance.

  2. Click Negative Stock Adjustment.

  3. Complete all mandatory fields (highlighted in yellow).

  4. Click the Products tab.

  5. Click the + button.

  6. Locate and select the product you need to negatively adjust.

  7. Complete the adjustment process.

Your stock levels will now be updated without encountering the error.

Upgrade to resolve permanently

To permanently resolve this issue, consider upgrading to a newer version of DeltaWMS where this error has been fixed. To discuss upgrading your version, contact your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
