To transfer bulk stock within the warehouse map, I would recommend using the Confirm Location Transfer option.
To do this:
One the home tab of Delta.
Click on the Location Transfer option.
Confirm Location Transfer option.
Select the Account.
Select the Site this is in.
Enter in a Reference.
Click on the Location tab.
Press the plus icon +.
It is recommended that palletised stock is done separately to un-palletised stock.
For Full pallet stock transfer:
Select Full pallet Transfer from the Type drop down box.
Enter in the location Code where the stock is in.
Click on the stock line that needs to be transferred, so this is highlighted blue.
Press the Transfer button.
A box will show, enter in the new Location Code and press OK.
Repeat this for all pallets in that location that require transfer.
Do not change the location, this may undo all you have done.
Press OK to save this information.
At this point if you have another location, please Repeat steps 8 to 16.
Once all pallets have been added to the transfer, press OK to complete.
For none palletised stock transfers:
Select Part Pallet Transfer from the Type drop down box.
Enter in the Product Code that needs to be transferred.
Click on the stock line that needs to be transferred, so this is highlighted blue.
Press the Transfer button.
A box will show.
If this stock does not need to be on a pallet, select None from the drop-down box next to Pallet ID.
If this does need to be on a pallet, enter in the pallet name or leave this as Auto ID
Enter in the new Location Code.
Now click on the Free tab.
One the right-hand side, enter in the Quantities to be transferred.
Do not change the location, this may undo all you have done.
Press OK to save this information.
At this point if you have another Product, please Repeat steps 8, then 19 to 30.
Once all stock lines have been added to the transfer, press OK to complete.
The stock will now be in this new location.
πNote: The system can struggle if trying to move stock in large batches, it is recommended that you break these down into smaller batches.
