Select the line of the stock to move, making sure the entire line row is highlighted blue.

Now, click and hold on the stock line and start to drag the cursor; this will change to a circle with an ‘X’ in it. This simply means it cannot be dropped there.

Drag the cursor to the desired location. Note: When the cursor is moved onto the warehouse map, the icon will change to a rectangle. Move this over the locations to put the stock in.

A box will pop up showing the Drag & Drop Transfer screen, select Full Pallet Transfer.

The ‘Confirm Transfer’ option, if ticked, will enable the user to complete this transfer straight away without creating a follow-on task. Press ‘OK’ when happy.

If left unticked, a task will be created, and the user can complete this using the RG Gun or the ‘Confirm Location Transfer’ features.

This will bring up the Location Transfer screen.

Confirm the destination location and press OK.

The Confirm Location Transfer screen will appear. Add reference.

In the Locations tab, it will show what stock is going where and how many.

There is also an Instruction tab to add any instructions.

Press ‘OK’ when done.

Press ‘Yes’ if sure to continue.

This will give a Transfer Note Number. Please note this down.

If the ‘Confirm Transfer’ option was ticked earlier, then the stock will then transfer over to the new location.

Log in to the RF Gun.

Go to ‘Select Transaction’

Go into Palletised.

Then go into Transfer.

Then select Regular Transfer.

Now, enter the transfer note number noted down.

Press OK.

Then select the correct Start Location then enter the following:

Open up the Task Pool.

Select the Task Type as 'Transfer'.

Find and select the transfer number row and press the Delete button.

Give a reason and then confirm.

Go to the Confirm Location Transfer option.

Select the Transfer Number and press OK.

Press Yes to confirm.
