Overview

You can restrict user access to stock adjustments, preventing them from making either positive or negative changes to stock levels. This is useful for maintaining tighter control over inventory management.

Block a user from stock adjustments

To block a user from adjusting stock levels, follow these steps:

  1. Log on to Delta as an administrator.

  2. Click the User Maintenance tab, then click Maintain Operations.

  3. Select the user you want to block.

  4. On the left, expand the tree for that user, then expand Stock Maintenance.

  5. Double-click Positive Stock Adjustments. The green tick changes to a red cross.

  6. Double-click Negative Stock Adjustments. The green tick changes to a red cross.

  7. Click Apply.

The user can no longer access stock adjustments. The red cross indicates they don't have permission to make these changes.

πŸ“ŒNote: To block additional users, repeat steps 3 to 7 for each user.
