Overview
You can control which reports each user sees in Delta by adjusting their permissions. This allows you to ensure users only access reports relevant to their role. You'll need the appropriate permissions to manage user reports.
Add or restrict reports
To add or restrict reports for a user, follow these steps:
At the top of Delta, click the Users Maintenance tab, then click Maintain Operators.
In the User Code section, select the user you want to update.
Click the plus + icon next to the user's name to open their options.
Click the plus + icon next to Reports to open the reports options.
Find the report you want to add or restrict.
Check the report's current status:
Green tick means the user can see the report.
Red cross means the user cannot see the report.
Double-click the report title to change its visibility status.
Repeat steps 5 to 7 for each report you want to update.
Click Apply, then click OK.
You'll see a message confirming the user has been successfully updated.
πNote:
The user must log out of Delta and log back in for the changes to take effect.
You can only update one user at a time. To update another user, repeat the process from step 2.
