Overview
You can grant users access to DeltaWMS directly through Access Evo's role management system. Any on-site Access Evo administrator can complete this process without requiring support from Access.
β οΈImportant: After provisioning access, there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes before the user can access DeltaWMS.
Grant DeltaWMS access
To give a user access to DeltaWMS, follow these steps:
Log in to Access Evo.
Go to the Members page.
Select the user, then click Action.
Click Manage Roles.
In the DeltaWMS SaaS section, select the Delta Live 01 checkbox.
In the drop-down box next to Delta Live 01, select User.
Click Save Changes.
The user now has access to DeltaWMS.
Troubleshooting issues when a user has already been given permissions to the DeltaWMS app
If you are a user who has been given permission to go into the DeltaWMS application, and you still cannot see it, please reach out to your Evo Administrator on site, and pass them these steps below:
Using an administrator's account, find the user in question.
Click on the 3 dots and select Manage Roles.
In the DeltaWMS SaSS section, click on where it says Manage 2 Instances.
Where it says Delta Live, click in the box that says User.
Change this to No Access.
Click Save Changes.
Wait approximately 10/15 minutes.
Repeat steps 1-5, but on step 5, change No Access to User and save the changes.
Wait for another 10/15 minutes.
Now ask the user to log back into Access Evo, and check to see if the DeltaWMS app is displayed by clicking on the access button
