Give a Access Evo user access to DeltaWMS

Steps to grant Access Evo users access to the DeltaWMS application through role management.

Overview

You can grant users access to DeltaWMS directly through Access Evo's role management system. Any on-site Access Evo administrator can complete this process without requiring support from Access.

⚠️Important: After provisioning access, there may be a delay of up to 15 minutes before the user can access DeltaWMS.

Grant DeltaWMS access

To give a user access to DeltaWMS, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Access Evo.

  2. Go to the Members page.

  3. Select the user, then click Action.

  4. Click Manage Roles.

  5. In the DeltaWMS SaaS section, select the Delta Live 01 checkbox.

  6. In the drop-down box next to Delta Live 01, select User.

  7. Click Save Changes.

The user now has access to DeltaWMS.
