Overview
You can grant users access to specific DeltaWMS reports through the User Maintenance screen. This guide shows you how to add report access to user accounts.
β οΈImportant: You need User Maintenance access to complete these steps. If you don't have this access, ask someone with User Maintenance permissions to add the reports for you.
Add report access to a user
To add DeltaWMS reports to a user account, follow these steps:
Log in to DeltaWMS.
Select the User Maintenance tab.
Click Maintain Operators.
Select the user you need to give report access to.
In the Menu Access section, select User, then select Report.
Select the report you need to add (for example, Stock Report or BOND Release History V2). A green tick appears when the report is selected.
Click Apply.
Click Yes to confirm.
The user will see the report when they log out and log back in to DeltaWMS. Ask them to do this before they attempt to view the report.
