Enabling Reports for Delta users

How do I make reports available for my users?

Overview

Sometimes front end Delta users will need access to some reports in order to view information, from Despatch Notes, Pre Receipts to Stock Reports. This article explains how to enable this.


How do I enable this

If a user doesn't have a specific report, this can easily be activated by following the steps below:

  1. Open User Maintenance - Maintain Operators

  2. Expand the tree for the user account

  3. Expand Reports

  4. Navigate to the report that needs to be enabled

  5. Double-click the report, which will have a red cross on the side

  6. The cross will change to a green tick

  7. Click Apply, then Yes, then press OK 3 times

  8. Ask the user to log out of DeltaWMS and then back in.

The reports will be available to run once the user has logged back in.

πŸ€“Tip: To disable a report, simply double-click on the report that has a green tick next to it. This will change to a red cross again
