Overview
If a front-end Delta application user becomes locked and you are unable to log in. This article explains how to resolve this.
How to resolve this
If there are other Delta users who are Admins, they should be able to do this on site.
Log in to DeltaWMS.
Select the User Maintenance tab at the top of Delta.
Open Maintain Operators.
Select the Users red icon.
On the right panel, untick the βLockedβ option.
Make sure the βMarked for Deleteβ option is also unticked.
Press OK to save.
They should then be able to log in.
