If a front-end Delta application user becomes locked and you are unable to log in.
If there are other Delta users who are Admins, they should be able to do this on site.
Log in to Delta.
Select the User Maintenance tab at the top of Delta.
Open Maintain Operators.
Select the Users red icon.
On the right panel, untick the ‘Locked’ option.
Make sure the ‘Marked for Delete’ option is also unticked.
Press OK to save.
They should then be able to log in.
