If you have come across that your DeltaWMS user account is locked. This article can provide you with the steps you need to get this unlocked again.
How to unlock my Hosted portal account to access Delta?
In order to unlock your Access-hosted portal account, follow the steps below:
Click here to go to the Access-hosted website portal.
Click ‘Unlock Account’.
Enter your username.
Click Continue.
This will then send you an email.
When you receive the email, follow the instructions in the email to unlock the account.
📌Note: This advice is for customers that are using the Cloud hosted platform to access DeltaWMS.
