To resolve this issue, Support will need to check the configuration in the hosted environment. Therefore, please raise with Delta support, referencing the title of this article, and please include the username of the user affected.
⚠️Important: If you are hosted by Access, then we will be able to disconnect your session on our side. However, if you are using DeltaWMS by your own servers onsite, please contact your IT and ask them to sign you off the session.
