Import/Exports engine stopped working

The system has stopped import or export files into the system.

If the Import Export Engine has failed to work, this can be due to many causes. Before you raise this with support, please check the Import Export errors log in the DeltaWMS application, as more often than not, this will tell you any errors that occurred around the time.

If you need further assistance, please contact Delta support, and let us know the error that you are seeing. If you are unsure, please let us know the last time anything came through the system.
