Log out a user

Unable to log into Delta RF. Cannot login. User account is locked. Cannot log out a user.

Overview

As SuperUser, RF and front-end users can be logged out of the application if the user account becomes locked for whatever reason. Follow these steps below in order to log out the user.

Front-end users

  1. Click on User Maintenance

  2. Click Maintain Operators

  3. Browse to the user account in question

  4. Untick the Logged On tickbox

  5. Click Apply

  6. Click OK

  7. Click OK again

RF users

  1. Click on User Maintenance

  2. Click RDT User Maintenance

  3. Browse to the user account in question

  4. Untick the Logged On tickbox

  5. Click Apply

  6. Click OK

  7. Click OK again
