Overview
If a location in your DeltaWMS system displays with an Overfull colour code but contains only a single pallet, the Location Map may be out of sync. This article explains how to verify the issue and request support.
Verify the location status
Before contacting support, confirm the location is genuinely not overfull:
Check the physical location to verify it contains only one pallet.
Review the location capacity settings in DeltaWMS.
Confirm the pallet count matches what you see in the system.
If you've verified the location is definitely not overfull, but the Overfull colour code persists, the Location Map requires investigation by Delta Support.
