The cause of this issue is that the version of Citrix installed on the PC clients is not compatible with Access Evo.

To fix this, please uninstall Citrix from the relevant PC(s) and install Citrix Workspace app for Windows LTSR 2402 Cumulative Update 1. which you can get by clicking on the link.
