If it's time for you to reset your password, you can do so by following the steps below
To reset your Access hosted portal password:
Go to the Access hosted website portal
Select Reset My Password
Click Reset password
Enter your username
Click Continue
This will send you an email address
When you get the email, follow the instructions in the email to reset the password.
🤓Tip: When you come to creating your new password, please note that you can leave the Old password box blank, and just proceed to creating your new password.
Please remember to check your junk folder for the email. If this does not work, please raise a new case online, referencing the title of this article, and include the username and email address.
