Overview

To delete orders in Delta, these can only be deleted if the order(s) are in Outstanding status.

Once you have confirmed that the order is in outstanding status, you can delete the order by following the steps below:

  1. Open up the Order Pool, select Outstanding

  2. Select a line to delete

  3. At the bottom of the screen, click Delete

  4. Enter the Order Number to delete and click OK. This will delete the order

πŸ“ŒNote: More than one order number can be entered at a time to delete; split them up using a comma. For example: 26444,26455,26457,26480,26494. Although there is a limit on how many can be deleted at once.

Can I delete an order if it's in picking status?

Due to the design of the DeltaWMS system, it is not possible to delete an order in a picking status.

πŸ“ŒNote: The picking tasks will have to be deleted first (if handheld devices are used), and then the order has to be unpicked.

1. Open the Task pool on the Ribbon bar
2. Filter by Picking in TaskType
3. Filter by TransactionNumber (Order Number)
4. Highlight one of the picking tasks
5. Choose the Delete button
6. Select a Reason Code
7. Tick the box - Include all Tasks
8. Click OK

To unpick the order

To unpick the order, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Enter Goods Outwards Confirmation screen
2. Enter or type the Order Number
3. Click the Unpick button on the right hand side
4. Click Yes

Then delete the order:
1. Open up the order pool, select Outstanding
2. Select a line to delete.
3. At the bottom of the screen, click Delete
4. Enter the Order Number to delete and click OK. This will delete the order.
