Overview
An order cannot be deleted directly from either the Picking or RF picked sections in the order pool.
If you use the RF scanner, this will have created a task or tasks for this order. If so, these tasks will need to be deleted first, you can follow the steps below to do so:
Open the Task Pool.
Find and select the task for this order so it is highlighted blue.
At the bottom of the Task Pool, click Delete.
Select a Reason for this to be deleted.
If there are more tasks on this order, select the Include All Tasks picking number ####, check box. This will remove all of the tasks for that order.
Click OK. The tasks with this order will be deleted.
Open the Order Pool.
Use the drop-down and select Picking or RF picked depending where this is.
Open the order to be removed.
On the right, click Un-Pick. A dialog appears.
Click Yes.
What if I do not use the RF user scanners?
If you do not use the RF user scanners, please follow these steps:
Open the Order Pool.
Use the drop-down and select Picking or RF picked depending where this is.
Open the order to be removed.
On the right, click Un-Pick. A dialogue appears.
Click Yes.
If the order was created using the Enter Picking Details screen
Depending on whether the order was created using the Enter Picking Details screen, various actions occur:
Created manually from the Enter Picking Details screen: This will remove the order from the system, and all stock advised to this order will then be available.
Not created using the Enter Picking Details screen: This will move the order back to Outstanding in the order pool.
Open the Order Pool and select Outstanding orders.
Select the order to be deleted, so this order is highlighted blue.
At the bottom, click Delete and agree to delete it. This will remove to order from the system, and all stock advised to this order will now be available.
