Unpick an order

How to unpick an order from the DeltaWMS application.

Overview

Unpicking an order in Delta moves it back to the Outstanding status in the Order Pool. Delete the picking tasks first. If you do not use handheld devices, start from step 9.

  1. Open the Task Pool on the Ribbon bar

  2. Filter by Picking or RF picked from the TaskType section, depending on where this order lies.

  3. Filter by TransactionNumber (Order Number)

  4. Highlight one of the picking tasks

  5. Click Delete

  6. Select a Reason Code

  7. Tick the box - Include all Tasks

  8. Click OK

To unpick the order;

9. Open the Enter Goods Outwards Confirmation screen

10. Enter or type the Order Number

11. Click Unpick

12. Click Yes

This order will be moved back to the Outstanding status in the Order Pool. If the order was created using the Enter picking details screen, this will be removed from Delta, allowing you to be able to re-create the order.
