Overview
Due to the design of the DeltaWMS system, this is not possible. The picking tasks will have to be deleted first (if handheld devices are used), and then the order has to be unpicked.
This can be achieved by following these steps:
Open the Task pool on the Ribbon bar
Filter by Picking in TaskType
Filter by Transaction Number (Order Number)
Highlight one of the picking tasks
Choose the Delete button
Select a Reason Code
Tick the box - Include all Tasks
Click OK
To unpick the order;
Open the Enter Goods Outwards Confirmation screen
Enter or type the Order Number
Click the Unpick button on the right-hand side
Click Yes
