On occasion, when a new user account has been created, you may not be able to log into the new one straight away. This article explains why and how to resolve this.

If the new username's password is 'Password' the system will ask you to change the password to for security purposes, so we ask the new user to renew their password as soon as possible. Once you have done this you should be able to log in using the new username successfully.
