How do I view the information via a query in an Excel report.

How to view information in Delta via a query in Excel, follow these steps below:

  1. Open up a blank spreadsheet.

  2. Click on the Data tab.

  3. Click on the From Other Sources option.

  4. Click on the From Microsoft Query option in the drop down.

  5. Double-click DeltaWMS Data Source.

  6. Click Cancel.

  7. Click Yes to continue editing the query in Microsoft Query.

  8. Click Close on the Add Tables box.

  9. Click on View, SQL.

  10. Paste the SQL script into the SQL Statement window and click OK.

  11. If it says it cannot be represented graphically, click OK.

  12. Close Microsoft Query.

  13. Save the spreadsheet.

To refresh the data, press F5 or go to the Data tab and press Refresh to get the live information.
