Overview
In order to set up the check digit functionality, this article can provide you with the necessary steps needed to make this happen.
Setting up the Check Digit Functionality
To set up the Check Digit Functionality, follow the steps below:
Log in to DeltaWMS.
On the Home tab, click the Maintain Sites icon.
Select the Check Digit check box. This will enable you to enter the check digit against the location. If this is not enabled, the Check Digit field will remain greyed out against the location.
Click Warehouse Map, Location.
In the Location, click the Location tab
Enter the Check Digit, for example, 01.
Click Apply and then OK.
On the RDT Users tab, click the Maintain Task Parameters icon.
Click the required site
Click the required account
Click the required task, for example, Picking
Select the Enter Check Digit check box.
Click OK.
Repeat for every account and for every location and task function you wish for the RDT user to enter a check digit for.
πNote: If you have a very large number of accounts, locations and tasks to add a Check Digit for, Support can import the data using a spreadsheet. Therefore, please raise a new case via the portal, referencing this article, including details of the below that require a Check Digit:
How many accounts.
How many Locations.
How many tasks.
