If you have a new request, such as a SQL query or a new report set up, our Professional Services team are the best team to raise this with, as they will be able to advise you further based on your needs and current set up, this article can tell you how to contact them.


How do I reach out to your Professional Services team?

To contact our Professional Services team for new requests, you can do this by either raising a Flexpoints request or, if you are not signed up to Flexpoints, then you can contact support, and we can raise this for you on your behalf.


I have Flexpoints. How do I raise a Flexpoints request?

If you have Flexpoints and you are a Flexpoints Guardian, you can raise a request using the support portal by clicking here. Once you have signed in, if you scroll down past the Help centre, you will see Book services with FlexPoints, and then you can click View all services for more.

I don't have FlexPoints. What do I do?

Please contact support and include as much information as possible about your request.

The Support team will review this, advise you further, and if needed, raise a request to Professional Services on your behalf.
