If you are looking for a specific report that allows you to specify a customer and a time period, which also allows you to see how much has been paid for you to supply pallets for them to put the goods on on arrival at your facility during that time, this article will provide you with information as to whether this is possible, and what to do next.
Does such a report exist, and if not, how can I get one created?
Unfortunately, a report such as this currently does not exist. You may be able to have one similar created for you by our Professional Services team, so if you are signed up to FlexPoints and you are the FlexPoints Guardian, please raise a request to our Professional Services team, highlighting what you need, and they will come back to you as soon as possible.
