Overview
If your reports are cutting off information on the right-hand side, this is usually caused by incorrect printer or page size settings. This guide shows you how to check and correct these settings.
Check your Delta printer settings
First, check that your default printer is set correctly in DeltaWMS.
Log in to DeltaWMS.
Click File, then click Preferences.
Click the Printing tab.
Check that the Default printer field shows the printer you're using.
If the default printer is incorrect, select the correct printer from the dropdown menu, then click Save.
If the default printer is already correct, continue to check your Windows printer settings.
Check your Windows printer settings
If the Delta printer settings are correct, check the page size configuration in Windows.
Search for Control Panel in your Start menu, then open it.
Click Devices and Printers.
Double-click the printer you're using.
Check the page size setting.
If the page size is set to Letter, this is incorrect and will cause reports to cut off on the right-hand side.
Change the page size to A4.
Click Save or OK to apply the change.
Once you've made this change, preview your reports again. The information on the right-hand side should now display correctly.
