Overview
The Preview for the reports will show the page size the printer is set to. If the printer is set to A4 size, this is shown as A4 on screen. Then this will have problems printing to a label-size printer as it struggles to adjust the sizes.
What does Delta look at relating to the printer?
Delta will look at the printer from the preferences screen first and then look for the printer setting on the computer to find out what size this has been set to.
To set Delta to look for the label printer with the correct size follow the steps below:
Go to the File option in the top left-hand corner of Delta
Click Preferences
Click the 2nd tab, Printing.
At the bottom of this screen is where to set the printer for the labels. Set this to the correct label printer; this needs to be the size of the report you are printing out.
Click OK to save.
Check the printer settings on your PC from the control panel. Make sure this label printer is set to 6 by 4. You may need the assistance of your IT if you are unsure.
