Overview
You can set default printers for both Reports and Labels in DeltaWMS, ensuring your documents print to the correct device automatically. You can also configure where saved reports are stored. Follow these steps to set up your printer preferences.
⚠️Important: You need access to the File menu and Preferences to complete these steps.
Set the default printer
To set the default Reports and Label printer, follow these steps:
Open DeltaWMS.
Click File, then click Preferences.
Click Report, then click Default.
Select the default Reports printer from the available options.
Click Labels, then click Default.
Select the default Labels printer from the available options.
If required, set the Saved Reports Path Name to a location where you wish to save the printer documents when prompted.
🤓Tip: Setting a saved reports path allows you to organise and access your printed documents more easily.
