If your invoice report shows incorrect or duplicate descriptions for Pack and Items changes, you can update these through the Charge Maintenance settings. Follow these steps to correct the picking text descriptions.

Update the picking description

You can correct the picking text descriptions in your charge settings.

  1. On the 3PL tab, click Charge Maintenance.

  2. Open the account charges.

  3. Click RHD/Picking.

  4. Update the incorrect description.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Click OK.

The updated text will now appear correctly on your invoice reports.
