Import and Export errors in DeltaWMS

How do I see what the errors are in DeltaWMS?

If you find that an order or a Pre Receipt file is not being imported into or exported out, there is usually an error that is filed in the DeltaWMS application. This can be accessed by using the steps below:

  1. Log into the DeltaWMS application

  2. Click the Import\Export button, the All Dates should already be clicked, and then you will be able to see your latest error in DeltaWMS


What do the errors mean?

Some of the errors that you see can be self-explanatory. For example, it could indicate that there is an invalid product, which can be because they haven't been created in DeltaWMS just yet, so that would tell you that you need to create the product in DeltaWMS first, and then try and put the file through again.
