Why have my Orders failed to import into DeltaWMS?

Overview

There are times when the orders fail to import into DeltaWMS from Mintsoft. To ensure that we investigate this issue thoroughly, can you please confirm the following:

  • Provide us with Order Information i.e., are there multiple orders, or a single order?

  • Check the Order History in Mintsoft, and if it shows as NEW and has a Haulier set.

Once this has been confirmed, please let us know upon raising a ticket, and we will investigate from there.
