Overview
When orders fail to import from Mintsoft into DeltaWMS, the cause is usually either a data issue in Mintsoft preventing the order from being exported, or a connector or service issue requiring support. Work through the checks below to identify which applies.
đ Export conditions: For an order to export from Mintsoft to DeltaWMS, all three of the following must be true:
The order status is New
The order is matched to the correct Client and Warehouse in the integration account settings
A Courier Service (Haulier) is set on the order
If any of these conditions are not met, the order will not be exported and no error message will appear.
Provide us with Order Information i.e., are there multiple orders, or a single order?
Check the Order History in Mintsoft, and if it shows as NEW and has a Haulier set.
Confirm the order has a Haulier set in Mintsoft â orders without a Haulier will not be exported to DeltaWMS.
Check whether the order reference already exists in DeltaWMS â duplicate references will cause the import to fail silently.
â ď¸ Order reference character limit: Mintsoft stores order references up to 250 characters, but only the first 20 characters are included in the export file sent to DeltaWMS. If your order references are longer than 20 characters, the truncated value is used as the identifier in DeltaWMS. A reference that appears unique in Mintsoft may match an existing truncated reference in DeltaWMS, causing a silent duplicate import failure.
If the order shows as NEW in Mintsoft with a Haulier set but still does not appear in DeltaWMS
This indicates a connector or file processing issue rather than a data problem in Mintsoft. Contact support with the following:
Whether the issue affects multiple orders or a single order
The order reference(s) and the customer account affected
When the issue started
Whether the Mintsoft connector service was recently restarted or a server maintenance window occurred
What to do next
Once you have confirmed whether the issue is a data problem in Mintsoft or a connector service issue, raise a support case with the relevant details above. Including this information upfront allows support to investigate immediately without needing to ask follow-up questions.
