There are times when the orders fail to import into DeltaWMS from Mintsoft. To ensure that we investigate this issue thoroughly, can you please confirm the following:
Provide us with Order Information i.e., are there multiple orders, or a single order?
Check the Order History in Mintsoft, and if it shows as NEW and has a Haulier set.
Once this has been confirmed, please let us know upon raising a ticket, and we will investigate from there.
