Overview
If orders are importing slowly from ASC into DeltaWMS, this is usually due to a high volume of orders being processed at the same time.
When high volume causes delays
During busy periods, a large number of incoming orders can increase import times. This is expected behaviour and the system will process all orders as quickly as possible.
When to contact support
If you only have a small number of orders and they're still importing slowly, contact our support team. You can raise a case through our online support portal.
