Overview
Orders created through DeltaWeb should automatically appear in DeltaWMS. If an order doesn't appear, this is usually because the Expected Delivery Date field wasn't populated during order creation. This article explains how to resolve this issue.
Why don't orders appear in DeltaWMS
Orders created in DeltaWeb won't display in DeltaWMS if the Expected Delivery Date field is empty. This field is required for orders to sync between the two systems.
Resolve the issue
You have two options to resolve this:
Update the Expected Delivery Date directly in DeltaWeb yourself.
Contact support to update the Expected Delivery Date for you.
