We are pleased to announce the release of Access DeltaWMS version 9.12.
What's new?
The following features are included in this release.
Features and enhancements
New Manual Allocation option
When loading an existing order on the Enter Picking Details screen, users can now use the Detail button to manually select specific stock for allocation, including choosing particular pallets, batches, or locations. This allows users to override automatic pick rules with manual selections when needed, providing greater control over stock allocation for order fulfilment.
New FIFO Pick Rule
Added support for the strict FIFO (First In, First Out) pick rule; this ensures that stock is picked in strict date order.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where completing a Stock Check would fail with a conversion error when the stock included products with date-type stock attributes (such as Production Date).
Fixed an issue where printing pick reports for multiple orders would include blank pages for orders that were short-picked and quit during the pick creation process.
Fixed an issue in DeltaWMS where users received a 'Value ToPage is out of range' error when attempting to print a second report after clearing filters on the report screen.
Improved performance of Full Pallet Move operations on RF devices.
Fixed an issue where Full Pallet Transfer Import files would fail with an "Invalid use of Null" error, causing files to be moved to the Invalid folder instead of being processed correctly.
Fixed an issue in RHD (Rate per Handling and Despatch) invoicing where item charge quantities were being incorrectly multiplied when multiple case rates were configured.
Fixed an issue in RF Receive where entering a batch number would cause a "Log Date/Time error" after upgrading to DeltaWMS v8.65.0.
Fixed an issue where GS1 barcodes containing certain application identifiers (such as 3100 for net weight) could not be scanned when receiving stock on RF devices.
Fixed an issue where control characters accidentally captured during RF stock check tasks in the Batch or Customer Ref fields would cause errors when opening the stock check in the DeltaWMS GUI.
Fixed an error that occurred when resuming a short pick in the Enter Picking Details screen.
Fixed an issue in TOTE Picking where duplicate serial numbers were incorrectly added to the SerialOutbound table when the same product had multiple picking tasks.
Fixed an issue where zero picking a SerialOutbound order would prevent the order from being completed.
Fixed an error when creating picks using the "BY OPTIMISED CASE ITEM" pick rule.
Fixed an issue in the RF Receive transaction where the AltLineReference selection list only displayed the first 7 records.
Fixed an issue where RF users received the message "There is already an operator on this task" even when the One Operator One Transaction setting was switched off for their customer.
Fixed an issue where changing the Haulier Code in the Pick and Pack screen was not being saved.
Fixed an issue where opening the Goods Outwards Picking screen (Enter Picking Details) would cause an application crash with Error 91 when the first order line was for a serial-tracked product with a specific serial number assigned.
