How to resolve this?
If you are seeing this message similar to above when putting away a task, follow the steps below to resolve this.
Navigate to RDT Control
Maintain Task Parameters
Expand the Site
Expand the correct customer account
Expand the function you want to enable RF for
Tick RDT [Function] On
The [Function] would either be Putaway, Recieve, Picking etc. Once enabled, you can complete the RF tasks as normal.
