How do I set up customer account to generate pick label?

Overview

⚠️Important: Firstly, Support will need to activate the site to add Print Label Style, as by default this is set as disabled. Therefore, please get in touch with us, referencing this article, including the customer/site for which this needs to be set up.


How to add the label to the account

Once support has activated the Print Label, you will then be able to add the label to the account. In order to set up a customer account to generate a Pick Label. First, we

need to set up the pick label option for the site:

To step up the Site to generate a pick label:

  1. Login DeltaWMS

  2. Click Home

  3. Then go to Maintain Sites

  4. Select the Site that needs to add a create Label option.

  5. Select Label Details

  6. Now select Pick Label Style, and the Delivery Label style needs to be set up for the site.

To Step up Account to generate pick label:

  1. Login DeltaWMS

  2. Click the Setup tab.

  3. Select Maintain Accounts

  4. Select the Account that needs to add a create Label option.

  5. Select Goods Outward

  6. Now select Pick Label Style and Delivery Label style needs to be set up for the account, and add a tick for the print.
