Customer products not showing on DeltaWEB

There are customer products that are not showing on DeltaWEB

Overview

Most likely, this issue is due to the Product record not having an associated Account specified, and as DeltaWEB is reliant on this, it will not show on DeltaWEB when searching for the product in question.

You should be able to resolve the issue by following these steps:

Navigate to;

  1. Setup - Products - Maintain Products

  2. Search for the product in question

  3. On the main screen - populate Account

  4. Click OK

  5. Click Yes

  6. Click OK

If there are numerous products which require this to be actioned in one go, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
