Customer products not showing on DeltaWEB

There are customer products that are not showing on DeltaWEB

Overview

Most likely, this issue is due to the Product record not having an associated Account specified, and as DeltaWEB is reliant on this, it will not show on DeltaWEB when searching for the product in question.


How to resolve the issue

You should be able to resolve the issue by following these steps in the DeltaWMS application:

  1. Click on the Setup tab

  2. Click Product Details

  3. Select Maintain Products

  4. Search for the product in question

  5. On the main screen, populate the Account box

  6. Click OK

  7. Click Yes

  8. Click OK
