Change a product on a pallet

What to do if you need to change the product assigned to a pallet in your warehouse management system.

Overview

You cannot change the product assigned to a pallet once it has been brought into DeltaWMS. To change the product, you'll need to remove the pallet from the system and bring it back in with the correct product details.

Remove and re-add the pallet

To change the product on a pallet, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the pallet from the system.

  2. Bring the pallet back into the system.

  3. Assign the correct product details.

🤓Tip: Ensure you have the correct product information before bringing the pallet back into the system to avoid repeating this process.
