For licence change requests
If you need a change in your licence, i.e., a change in the number of sites you currently pay for, then we recommend that you reach out to your Account Manager in the first instance for a review. They can be contacted via email, unless they have given you a contact number to reach them.
I'm not sure who my Account Manager is
If you are unsure who your Account Manager is, then please contact Support, and we can provide you with the name and email address of your Account Manager.
πNote: We do not have the contact numbers of the Account Managers or Customer Success Managers at Access.
